If I make bookings for my colleagues in my school, can I book more than one person at a time?

If I make bookings for my colleagues in my school, can I book more than one person at a time?
Yes you can. Select the course you require from the main CPD Page on the Billericay TSA website and choose BOOK. The title of the course you chose will be visible. Select the Add other delegate button. You will be shown a list of staff in your school. Select those you wish to make a booking for by ticking the box to the left of their name. If the staff member does not appear there, you can add them to the database for your school by selecting +Create New delegate.


How do I amend staff members information stored in the database (i.e. Dietary requirements, email address, name, position etc) You will need to do this when you make a booking.
When you are selecting the delegate you wish to add, click on the staff members name and you can update their details.

If you require the information to be changed when you are not making a booking, email mjones@billericayschool.com with details of the change.


How is the data in the system used – do you have a Privacy notice?
Yes, you can view our Privacy Notice at by clicking on the on the Privacy Statement link at the bottom of the pages of the booking system, or on the bottom of the page of our website. If you have any further questions in relation to the content of the Privacy Statement, please email mjones@billericayschool.com


I cannot progress forward on the Mandatory Contacts page There are three staff contacts that the system requires for you to progress.
These are your Headteacher, CPD Leader and Invoicing Contact. If the Contact is listed but has information missing, please update it. If the Contact is not in the system, please add them by selecting Add Contact.

If the system will still not let you progress, please email mjones@billericayschool.com or call 01277 314420.


I have started a booking and need to exit the system, will it save my booking.
At the moment, the system does not have that functionality. We are looking into this, and hope that it will be available soon.

Login Problems

I have forgotten my password
At the login prompt, please enter your Email Address and select Reset your password? An email will be sent to you with further instructions. You will be sent a temporary password. We recommend you then change this password. See ‘How do I change my password for the system?’ below.


It is possible that there is more than one page of staff members.
Please use the arrows at the bottom of the list to scroll between pages. Alternatively, amend the number of Records visible on the page using the drop down arrow. Alternatively, type the staff members surname into the Delegate Surname field and select Find Delegate. If they exist in the database, the staff member’s details will then appear in the list.


Can I complete multiple bookings on the same order. (i.e. two staff members on a different course each?)
Yes you can. Select the course you require from the main CPD Page on the Billericay TSA website and choose BOOK. The title of the course you chose will be visible. Select the Add other delegate button. You will be shown a list of staff in your school. Select those you wish to make a booking for by ticking the box to the left of their name. If the staff member does not appear there, you can add them to the database for your school by selecting +Create New delegate. Then click Add to Basket. Your staff member’s booking will appear at the bottom of the page. If you wish to add a different person onto a different course, at this point select Add more courses. The system will take you back to the CPD Page to select the course you wish to book and you will go through the pages you previously have. When you have selected all delegates and the courses they require, select Go to Checkout.


How do I change my password for the system?
You will need to log in to the system using your existing password. If you do not know this, see ‘Forgotten my Password’.

Once logged in, select the My Profile tab and amend your password.
