Data and Tracking Groups - 'Closing the Gap' (Primary NQTs)
Entering your NQT year is an exciting experience. These training sessions have has been designed for Primary NQTs (currently in their first year after NQT Induction). They cover an essential range of areas enabling NQTs to increase their knowledge, skills and understanding and strive to be an Outstanding teacher. They include Joint Practice Development Networking focussing on all the Teachers’ Standards, reflecting and sharing best practice. All areas covered are immediately applicable to classroom practice and raising attainment. All sessions will be facilitated by experienced teaching professionals including Specialists Leaders of Education and National Leaders of Education.

- Know about a range of school data sources available to teachers
- Identify attainment gaps and target intervention strategies to maximise pupil progress
- NQTs will undertake a Closing the Gap Project
